On Sat. July 22, The Explosion traveled to Richmond to play the Va Saints and won 6-0. A one hand touchdown catch by Keith Alston just before half time was all the Explosion needed because the defense dominated the game. Led by Sean Chisley and Jason Crawfords 4 sacks, the Saints didn't have chance. The Explosion offense was inside the red zone 5 times and couldn't capitolize. The game could have a been a blow out. |
