Vienna overcame an early 5-0 deficit to go ahead 11-8. The team then hit an offensive dry spell-- with Ashburn going on a 12-2 run to go up 20-13 with about 5 minutes left. Vienna fought back to within 3 pts. with 1:30 left, after Marlena (13 pts) sank 2 foul shots. However, an effective Ashburn stall and a clutch foul shot by Nicole Prince, clinched the game for Ashburn. Congratulations Ashburn on a great season. |
