Loudoun Valley’s Cassie McGaha came within three outs of a perfect game as she helped the Vikings capture the Group AA Softball Championship with a 3-0 victory over Dan River. It was Loudoun Valley’s second title in three years. The junior finished the game facing the minimum 21 batters, striking out five and not walking a batter. |
