Before the Championship games of the Bookjammin Hoops Tournament the Special Olympics put on an exhibition between teams from South Lakes and Paul VI. Paul VI won the game 16-13 but the fans and all the participants were the winners. A great time was had by all.

Paul VI team consisted of Alice Armitage (8 points), Marcel Federici (4), Ryan Lauerty (2), Danny Ricchi (2), Shannon Sullivan, Vivian Alonso, Mo Eramian, and Angie Rios.

South Lakes Team consisted of Jamie Rose (6 points), Khoi Nyugen (3), Ben Burks (2), Rusty Jacobs (2), Gordon Phan, and Vinnie Roubin.
