The DeMatha Stags improved to 7-1, 5-0 in the WCAC with a resounding 28-6 win over Gonzaga. The Stags dominated on the ground rushing for 404 yards. Elijah Brooks led the way rushing for 181 yards and a TD on 20 carries. Jesse Taylor rushed for 81 yards on 9 carries. Anthony Riley added 79 yards and a TD. With DeMatha leading only 7-6 in the third quarter DeMatha Sophomore Quarterback Ryan Mitch busted through for this spectactular 32 yard TD run. The Stags never looked back from there cruising in for the big win. Senior Kyle Mazaris had an interception and a 6 yard touchdown run putiing the game out of reach.
